Simplified Installation

• Active Array™ modules are switched and isolated until activated by command from the Active Isolator, PC interface, or other handheld device. No need to cover the modules, and no risk of shock during transport or mounting.
• Isolated devices creates a lower risk work environment for lower skilled staff
  
• Voltage check across the array can be performed remotely without probing each individual device

Simplified Maintenance

• Interrogate each device from ground level to ensure correct function without scaffolding, aerial work platform or even accessing the customer’s property
• Review historical data for each device to confirm any abnormal level of degradation which is not demonstrated by other modules in the same location
• Voltage data provided at the module level simplifies problem diagnosis across the array. Cause of a voltage drops can be quickly identified and resolved, whether it be a module, cable, connector or any other component of the installation

Service Offerings

• Ease of access to live and historical data for a PV installation provides a wide range of opportunities for expanded service offerings for the end customer who wants a “hands-off” but efficient PV system
