TwentyNinetyLtd and Yamaichi Electronics Partner to Develop New Solar PV Monitoring Technologies

Munich Germany May 2010 -Two leading technology companies sign a joint agreement to develop intelligent monitoring and power optimisation of PV Arrays-
As a result of close technical collaboration, Yamaichi Electronics and TwentyNinety today announced a joint partnership agreement for the development of a low cost integrated intelligent wireless monitoring, safety and power optimisation system that will bring to the Solar PV industry a best-in-class solution for optimising solar array performance.
“Our Active Array technology has been exceptionally well received in the market with successful field trials in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. This exciting collaboration is further confirmation of the demand for progress in PV performance and control” said Andy Barber, TwentyNinety’s Commercial Director.
“We chose to work with TwentyNinety because they are the only company able to deliver low cost innovative working technology to enhance the performance of Solar PV Arrays” said Helge Puhlmann, Yamaichi Electronics’ European President. “Integrated with our own Y-Sol range of PV Module Power Optimisation technology we have an extremely powerful solution that will solve a number of safety and performance problems inherent with PV Solar installations”.
Yamaichi Electronics will be showcasing the combined technology at Intersolar Europe, the World’s largest exhibition for the Solar Industry from June 9th to June 11th 2010 in Munich Germany.
